Problem Solving - Aeration / Foaming

The small bubbles, leading to pock marks when dried, can happen either in the can or in the wet paint film.  Possible causes include the use of the wrong type of roller, or defoamer issues within the paint recipe.

Ensure the correct type of roller for the substrate to be painted is used.  If in doubt about the paint recipe, please contact your Crown Paints representative to have the formulation checked.
