Our extended colour mixed (tinted) colours are custom made on your request. As such they are not resaleable so we cannot accept returns. If you experience a performance problem with a custom mixed colour please contact our Customer Relations team.
By original condition, the item should be unused and undamaged. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
You can make your return at any of our Crown Decorating Centres.
Your refund will be processed via our Head Office, and should be back with you within 4 working days.

Online Click & Collect orders will be kept in store for 28 days. After this time, the store will process a return and refund you your payment.
