Cause:
Translucent liquid on the surface of paint in the container is not usually detrimental to the product, but can be a nuisance factor as it means having to stir thoroughly before use. Normally, this is the result of being left standing for a period of time.
Solution:
Stir thoroughly back to a normal consistency.
